Responsible for the enterprise-wide design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee wellness programs
Serve as a strategic partner across the organization to advance wellness initiatives
Ensure wellness programs are effectively integrated with the broader benefits ecosystem
Support the accuracy and integrity of benefits and wellness data
Lead and support enterprise-wide wellness initiatives
Partner in the development and execution of wellness communications and education
Act as a subject-matter partner for employees and leaders
Support the administration and system coordination of leave-of-absence and disability programs
Play a key role in the strategy and execution of the annual open enrollment process
Prepare and deliver benefits and wellness insights and reporting for leadership

Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable federal and state regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience advancing physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing initiatives
Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Associate’s degree in HR or related field or experience in place of education
At least three (3) years’ experience in benefits administration
At least three (3) years’ experience with wellness program design, coordination, administration, and management
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification credential
Corporate Wellness Coach Certification
