- Speech draft writing and limited community relations engagement coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of communication principles, methods, practices and techniques
- Ability to communicate through journalistic writing, copy writing/editing and script development
- Ability to prepare and/or edit written correspondence, ensuring proper use of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Working knowledge of social media methodology and practices
- DINFOS certified/trained in Public Affairs Qualification Course or Public Affairs and Communication Strategy Qualification Course preferred
- Military familiarity and understanding preferred
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance
