Responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, merchandise, services, and prearranged plans
Actively builds relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their preplanning decisions
Excels in his/her ability to set appointments and give presentations
Completes paperwork timely and accurately
Actively tracks all sales activity and ratios
Uses CRM to track all contacts and ensure professional follow-up
Answers telephone inquiries about cemetery products and services
Schedules 10-12 Pre-Need appointments each week
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Knowledge of current federal, state and local regulations related to the cemetery and funeral industry
Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
