Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support recurring and ad‑hoc reporting needs.
Build and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data for insights and reporting accuracy.
Run basic analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and highlight improvement opportunities.
Assist with preparing summary insights and communicating key findings to team members or leadership.
Support documentation of data processes, reporting standards, metadata, and recurring workflows.
Learn and apply best practices in data retrieval, transformation, quality assurance, and reporting.
Collaborate with senior analysts on project‑based assignments, gradually taking on more independent work as skills expand.
Requirements
Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies, including the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong foundational skills in analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data interpretation.
Exposure to Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize findings.
Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Lists, and Forms.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with data and technology.
