Role Overview
- Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows
- Manage cross-functional project teams for successful execution
- Recommend measures to improve production methods and quality
- Develop appropriate metrics to track and improve performance
- Regularly monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Assign new work and projects to team members
- Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery
- Supervise team members and provide training and feedback
- Maintain an open and candid working relationship with leadership
- Adhere to established company policies and ensure safety compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in business, operations, engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in operations management or continuous improvement roles
- Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in conducting root cause analysis
- Valid drivers license.
