About this role
Role Overview
Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows
Manage cross-functional project teams for successful execution
Recommend measures to improve production methods and quality
Develop appropriate metrics to track and improve performance
Regularly monitor project progress and prepare status reports
Assign new work and projects to team members
Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery
Supervise team members and provide training and feedback
Maintain an open and candid working relationship with leadership
Adhere to established company policies and ensure safety compliance
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in business, operations, engineering or related field
5 years of experience in operations management or continuous improvement roles
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent project management skills
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in conducting root cause analysis
Valid drivers license.
