Facilitate the continuous improvement of Part D risk adjustment programs with focus on new PDP provider programs and expansion of Part D (MAPD) programs.
Collaborate with risk adjustment, pharmacy, and enterprise leaders to improve existing programs.
Develop next-generation initiatives to ensure Part D risk score documentation is timely, complete, and accurate.
This will also promote appropriate follow-up care for members.
Coordinate dependencies and manage inter-related efforts across multiple teams.
Establish and maintain structures for prioritizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating Part D-focused programs, pilots, and projects.
Support member and provider engagement with consideration to organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of project management, program management or operations experience
2+ years of project leadership experience
Experience with Medicare Advantage programs
Experience working with cross-functional teams
History of communication across all organizational levels
Past performance showing strong initiative and independent drive towards achieving objectives
Experience creating impactful presentations and reports
