Lead a team of Portfolio Managers responsible for the management and oversight of the Energy credit portfolio
Oversee timely execution of underwriting and monitoring activities
Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base and covenant compliance
Identify and escalate emerging concerns
Interact with senior management to promote awareness of the business and portfolio
Attend client calls with Relationship Management and other Bank partners
Provide accurate and timely front-end guidance to Relationship Management and Credit Products colleagues
Actively attract, recruit, and retain top talent

Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
10 or more years of credit experience in a portfolio management / underwriting role in Energy and related industries
3 or more years of experience in a management role
