Manage, train, development and provide career coaching to 1-4 Associate Marketing Manager direct reports
Requirements
7-9 years of packaged goods or relevant marketing field experience
Proven track record of achievement and advancement
Strong thought leadership, people leadership and GM mindset
Familiarity using modern marketing platforms and capabilities to drive both performance and equity goals
Previous base brand manager of packaged goods brands with at least $50M in annual sales preferred
