Quality Regulatory Coordinator

Role Overview

• Responsible for QSV Technology Platform maintenance and administration.
• Responsible for coordinating Network quality, regulatory, patient safety, infection prevention and risk communication to State and Regulatory agencies.
• QSV data coordination and triage.
• Assimilating work done at the hospital level, trending and analyzing data and making recommendations for further focus and actions.
• Responsible for regulatory surveys and tracer coordination as assigned, data management and plan implementation.
• Coordination and support clinical registry data, reporting and standardization processes.
• Coordinating work across the network and helping in efforts to standardize processes and increase efficiency.
• Support the preparation of data, materials and presentations for various QSV committees.
• Regulatory data coordination and triage activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field required OR 4 years of progressive and relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in coordinating cross-functional activities/projects.
• Experience working with various software platforms/databases.
• Experience in analyzing data for trending purposes.
• Preferred Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
