Support the development and delivery of the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of products
Provide thought leadership and build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry innovations, trends, and vendors landscape
Support the product lifecycle with emphasis on upfront discovery and analysis of new product ideas
Promote the product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders
Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, product owners, ISD architects, and project personnel
Oversee and drive all facets of benefits realization
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess benefits realization against business objectives
Serve as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and ISD
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
Agile Scrum education or certification
PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles and theories
5+ years of project experience in strategy development, envisioning, process design, business performance measurement, information technology and/or management consulting
5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking; experience in product and pricing, capital markets, servicing, or post-closing are a plus
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Deep written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure messaging, influence, and gain buy-in across a wide range of situations and stakeholders, including C-level
