Role Overview
- Act as a liaison between Business, Operations, and Technology teams
- Perform system and stakeholder impact analysis
- Analyze and document business and system requirements
- Develop detailed business analysis plans aligned with overall project timelines
- Facilitate workshops with Wealth Ops SMEs
- Create business cases supported by data-driven insights
- Leverage data to validate assumptions
- Support or lead UAT and PIV planning and execution
- Contribute to change management deliverables
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience in Wealth Management or Operations
- Knowledge of industry platforms and systems used in Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and impact analysis
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with UAT planning, test case creation, and managing test execution
- Familiarity with change management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Business Analyst certification or equivalent Project Management certification or demonstrated experience
- Completed Post-Secondary education in a relevant field of study
