Support the development and maintenance of the global Operational Resilience Methodology
Provide oversight and effective challenge to the outputs of the first line of defense related to the Operational Resilience Program
Develop and deliver training and provide expert consultation
Support the standardization and automation strategy
Advise in the investigation of material loss events
Consolidate and report on Key Risk Indicators and supporting metrics
Help lead the behavioral and cultural embedding of Operational Resilience across Manulife
Requirements
5 Years of experience directly in Operational Resilience or highly aligned risks such as Business Continuity
University Degree (Technology, Business, Risk Management, Auditing or related discipline)
Previous oversight and effective challenge (2nd line of defense) experience
Hands-on experience in supporting the development of risk management methodologies
Direct experience with the execution and/or maintenance of an Operational Resilience or related program in a large and complex multinational financial institution
Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
