About this role

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships
Lead recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent
Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
Demonstrates proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe)
Must maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and communicates effectively.
