Develop, implement, and monitor business performance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable operational plans.
Conduct regular business performance reviews and present insights to executive stakeholders.
Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Produce accurate reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Lead the creation of automated reporting tools to improve data visibility and accessibility.
Evaluate current workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Recommend and implement process optimization initiatives using continuous improvement frameworks.
Monitor and measure the impact of performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, HR to align performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance strategies and goal execution.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on performance, forecasting, and operational challenges.
Lead or support organizational change initiatives that impact performance outcomes.
Communicate performance expectations, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure adherence to performance standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years in business performance management, business analysis, strategy, or operations.
Highly seasoned and comprehensive managerial and technical knowledge of a major function or industry vertical.
Broad, integrated knowledge of related areas of the company’s business.
Comprehensive knowledge of people leadership skills for large populations and/or senior level reports.
