Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
Works with the onsite management team in administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Serves as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.

Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals.
Experience with employee scheduling, performance management, and HR processes.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
