Drive integrated planning efforts across marketing, student response, admissions, and financial aid to ensure growth, equity, and fiscal sustainability.
Use predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and competitive intelligence to guide institutional strategy.
Architect and execute operational transformation initiatives, including modernization of CRM systems, workflow automation, and workforce management tools.
Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline the student journey and ensure scalability of processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, or a related field is required
A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in enrollment, admissions, or related student service areas.
Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas at a senior leadership level.
