Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer requests
Take and serve food and beverage orders from guests and prepare beverage orders for servers
Record food and beverage orders accurately and immediately enter orders into POS (Point of Sale) system
Operate POS system, process credit card, room, account, and department charges; handle cash payments and maintain an accurate cash bank
Maintain a clean work station and have a working knowledge of all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Follow directions and ask questions for clarification when needed
Restock, monitor, and maintain an inventory of supplies and replenish bar area as needed throughout the shift
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to management
Create specialty drinks on a weekly/daily basis and provide recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service

High School Diploma or GED
Must have 2 years of bartending experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Cash handling and basic math skills
Customer service orientation
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Required Work Cards needed: Valid Clark County Health Card, Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card), Valid Non-Gaming/Sheriff’s Card
