Manage and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
Accurately enter customer orders into the internal order management systems.
Maintain customer contact records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and service requests.
Use RingCentral to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Route complex questions or concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot for tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and consistent service delivery.
Provide backup support to fellow Customer Service Representatives as needed.
Perform light administrative support (digital filing, document updates, reporting).
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1–3 years of customer service or related experience,preferably in a call center, office, or sales support role
Experience with RingCentral and HubSpot CRM (preferred)
Strong data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner
Strong keyboarding and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic with a “do what it takes” mindset.
