About this role

Optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.
Work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
Motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
Responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Years Experience: 6-10 years
Experience working within a consulting environment in Sourcing and Procurement as well as Supply Chain leveraging operations knowledge and Vendor Relationship building including but not limited to negotiations, knowledge of tariffs, and inventory/Sourcing and Procurement.
Strong Analytical skills, people skills, and ability to lead and develop teams.
