Flightline Operations Manager – Final Air Vehicle Paint

Role Overview

• Ensure Final aircraft coatings meet or exceed all required specifications
• Oversee final coatings and graphics installation processes, repair, testing
• Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
• Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manage, develop and motivate employees and first-level managers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience working in Manufacturing or Flightline operations
• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
