Role Overview
Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows
Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms
Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions
Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives
Establish best practices for process documentation and governance
Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation
Experience with low-code / no-code platforms
Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools
Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows
Experience enabling process change through technology solutions
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
