- Drive pipeline growth through strategic event planning, execution, and follow-up.

- Manage pre-event outreach, in-event engagement, and post-event conversion activities.
- Lead and structure the Event Engagement team to ensure clarity of roles and accountability.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for pre-event planning, in-event engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, lead generation, or commercial operations.
- Fluent in English.
