Responsible for growing Antech’s customer utilization of the full portfolio (AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables, and innovative reference lab products).
Provides excellent support to Antech’s current customers and will be aligned with an assigned region.
Identifies hospitals ready to grow with Antech and determines the right tactics to realize growth among these clients.
Works in tight partnership with the Diagnostic Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to ensure collaboration on growth initiatives and customer concerns.
Monitors customer retention list on a monthly basis and territory growth goals to identify opportunities for growth or areas of attrition risk.
Informs customers about Antech’s innovation efforts and new products and programs to grow customer utilization of products.
Demonstrates proficiency in the entire Antech product and service portfolio.
Conducts research prior to site visits to obtain information and insight to anticipate issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field) or on-the-job experience in sales in a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
2+ years previous sales or customer service experience in a professional service industry (preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, etc.) is required.
Knowledge of Diagnostic services is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, and synthesize them into an actionable plan using assigned CRM.
