Develop and execute strategies focused on coaching advisors on financial planning, investment management, practice management, and client acquisition within your geographical area.
Educate advisors to help them grow their wealth and financial planning businesses.
Conduct regular coaching program advisor focus groups for high potential wealth advisors, and support bootcamps as necessary.
Deliver agency training on key concepts including: 6 Step Financial Planning Process, Client Service Models, Client Engagement Frameworks, Product Sales Conversations, Net Flows Strategies, and Advisor Book of Business Assessments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience working in the investment management and financial planning space
5+ years of sales experience selling investment management and financial planning products & solutions
2+ years of experience working and developing in-depth knowledge of insurance, wealth management and any associated products and services
Ability to travel upwards of 50%
Must reside in one of the specified states.
