Role Overview
- Drive innovation and success in our product portfolio for digital health solutions
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Work with senior management on long-term vision and strategy for digital health portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile development cycles for medical devices
- Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sales and Marketing teams
- Represent the Voice of Customer in initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of Product Management experience with digital health solutions
- Expertise in medical device industry and digital health technologies
- Familiarity with DME channels and healthcare workflows preferable
- Strategic product management experience including roadmap development and lifecycle management
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR)
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
