Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse focused on delivering Smarter Technology for All. They are seeking a Cloud Service Provider Product Manager to define product features and functions by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that product features and functions meet the current and future requirements of our customers
- Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
- Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
- Gather specific customer requirements for current opportunities and work across the organization to deliver a customized solutions
- Partner, collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery and support
- Lead and resolve business issues or problems that have business-wide impact
- Engage with various levels within the customer to effectively deliver key value proposition for Lenovo as well as our products and service
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
- Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements
- Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
