Role Overview
- Support the day-to-day management and operation of Circle’s Product Risk Management function
- Partner closely with Product Managers to identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate and report on product risks
- Help drive business strategy by collecting and analyzing data to track product performance
- Work with executives and C-level leaders to define cross-org processes
- Drive product processes and drive product related policy management
- Lead assessments, monitoring, and reporting on risks inherent to business activities
Requirements
- 10+ years working in risk management for B2B and B2C products
- Experience in financial services, payments or technology companies
- Ability to influence and work hands-on with other cross-functional team leaders
- Experience leading diverse teams in a complex organization
- Understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks
- Ability to build and define Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and programs
- Proficiency in data analyses using SQL
