Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
Requirements
One of the following: Bachelor's degree + 2 years medical device sales experience, capital sales experience preferred
6+ years of medical device sales experience or industry experience
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency
