About this role
Role Overview
- Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll using the Workday platform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare for biweekly payroll processing – Receive all one-time employee pay data changes and review for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Perform data-entry of all one-time employee pay data changes in accordance with payroll processing deadlines
- Monitor Employee Self Service changes to tax withholdings and address changes
- Support colleagues and managers with timecard and absence corrections as needed
Requirements
- 3 years payroll experience
- Workday experience a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, spreadsheets, vlookups)
