Support the Workday Learning product roadmap, including enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in gathering and prioritizing business requirements from global and regional Learning teams.
Configure, test, and document updates to Workday Learning functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance standards.
Analyze platform data and user feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and vendors) to troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and deliver smooth user experiences.
Participate in release management, regression testing, and change enablement activities.
Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process maps.
Stay current on Workday Learning releases and new capabilities, helping the global team evaluate and adopt new features.
Champion best practices and innovation in learning technology, contributing ideas that drive engagement and value creation.

2–4 years of experience in HR technology or HR systems operations, preferably with hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
Strong understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and learning lifecycle operations.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
