Role Overview
- Supports the commercial success of TKO by building and maintaining scalable operational infrastructure
- Connects systems, tools, and vendor partnerships to business needs
- Drive operational alignment across Global Partnerships by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable workflows
- Lead the integration, rollout, and ongoing optimization of Global Partnerships systems and platforms
- Partner cross-functionally across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology
- Own vendor sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, and performance oversight
- Support P&L management, budgeting, financial tracking, reporting, and long-term operational planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, media, or technology-enabled operations
- Strong experience working with systems, platforms, and operational tools; comfort learning and implementing new technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
