Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery (excluding social media)
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
Manage junior designer
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Videography/photography & editing application, product, solution
Travel across Canada for filming projects, approximately 30%

Degree, diploma/certificate in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or comparable discipline is required.
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience without a degree will be considered.
Graphic design experience required (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Indesign, Canva).
Videography and content creation experience with Adobe, Premier or related preferred.
Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of desktop publishing software.
Proficient in Google, Facebook & Instagram asset requirements.
Familiar with organizational, web content, design and management; including, html.
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work with aggressive and competing timelines.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and with teams in a matrix organization.
