Provide first-level customer service for inquiries about products, accounts, usage, and applications.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by offering tailored solutions and ensuring inquiries are handled appropriately through coordination with various internal teams.
Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
Escalate customer issues as needed.
Responsible for accurate data entry using prescribed applications.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Full-time availability within the following hours: Mon–Sun, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM.
Reliable wired (Ethernet) home internet connection required — Wi‑Fi only is not permitted.
Excellent command of both English and French (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills.
Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to handle calls from English
and French-speaking customers across Canada and globally.
