manage the Breakthru Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, ongoing maintenance, technical troubleshooting, integrations, stakeholder management, and help desk support.
consult with stakeholders to identify training needs, curate and implement effective learning solutions in the LMS, and measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance.
administer BBG’s annual compliance training, managing content and user profiles for both wired and deskless audiences, and coordinate with stakeholders.
provide technical production support for meetings and training sessions via Zoom/Teams or in-person.
manage the LMS help desk via Outlook, providing high-level service to assist learners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with an LMS, Technical Training and/or Learning & Development
Highly proficient as an LMS Administrator (preferably Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors)
Expertise with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, HTML5, and API Integrations.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
Ability to communicate technical subject matter in a non-technical and effective manner.
Proficient Microsoft Teams skills including virtually producing and facilitating meetings/trainings utilizing breakouts, polls, etc.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
