Provide system configuration for managed care payment systems (QNXT)
Ensure system configuration consistency across core applications
Participate in vendor management discipline
Assist IS leadership in governance and monitor applications

Experience providing system configuration in managed care payment systems (QNXT)
Understanding of technical scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation processes
Ability to participate in vendor management and collaboration with IS teams and users
Skills in maintaining data integrity and usability of applications
Experience in advanced quality assurance testing
Capability to develop and maintain configuration documentation
Strong research skills to evaluate software enhancements and regulations
Competency in user security administration
Ability to consult with various departments to determine system design needs
