Role Overview
- Lead and establish the analytics strategy across initiatives within the ecosystem.
- Define clear success metrics upfront and proactively measure usage, usability, adoption, and business impact post-launch to drive continuous, data-informed improvement.
- Translate product vision and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation across the full SDLC, from discovery through development and launch, to support alignment, communication, adoption, production readiness and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Typically has more than 6 years of experience in product management, analytics strategy management, business analysis, or a similar role within a software development organization.
- Strong skills in managing analytics strategy, with the ability to turn data into concrete, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
