In partnership with Business and HR leaders, assess and deploy measures to reduce potential union‑organizing risk consistent with our principles and values.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and local and International Union representatives.
Serve as the chief spokesperson representing the Company in collective bargaining for agreements in the region.
Provide leadership and counsel across all aspects of labor management, including grievances, arbitrations, and contract administration for sites in the region.
Further educate and develop HR professionals in the region.
Drive policies, processes, and practices that ensure effective execution and compliance.
Will travel up to 50%.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Minimum 7 years of labor relations experience, including involvement in negotiations and collective bargaining, managing grievance and arbitration processes to resolve labor disputes, advising management on labor law compliance and best practices.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor, and compliance requirements.
Held a significant role in collective bargaining negotiations.
