Develop, maintain, and continuously improve aftermarket parts demand across product lines and customer segments
Partner with proposal management, contracts, repair planners, program managers, and other cross functional teams to align ERP system demand with lead-time, customer expectations and business strategy
Collaborate closely with plant operations and supply chain teams to align production capacity, material availability, and fulfillment plans with scheduled demand
Define, support, and track aftermarket planning reports, KPIs, and performance metrics (inventory health, service levels, on-time delivery, sales targets etc.)
Analyze supply, demand, and inventory data to develop dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level presentations
Project inventory requirements and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory optimization and planning accuracy
Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, system challenges, and calculation discrepancies across planning tools and ERP systems
Perform root cause analysis on recurring planning issues and implement corrective actions to drive sustainable improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, data quality, and operational performance
Requirements
Typically requires a University degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Working experience within a production and inventory management, supply chain, materials planning, or similar role
Experience leading or supporting data analysis initiatives and system/data migration projects within demand planning or supply chain environments
Experience working within SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
Working experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma
Project Management experience is preferred
