Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years in clinical training and/or onboarding; 2+ years of people management experience; preferred leading remote/distributed teams.
Operational Mastery: Proven experience in capacity planning and managing complex logistics (rosters, provisioning, scheduling) in high-volume environments.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Base platforms to scale programs.
Data Literacy: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable operational improvements and executive-level reports.
Preferred Qualifications: Active clinical license (RN or similar clinical experience) is highly preferred.
Experience leading teams through rapid organizational scaling or "Surge" hiring periods.
Knowledge with the Athena EHR platform
