- Assist patients who may be ill or worried
- Help patients complete their registration quickly
- Work with varying health plans and coverage depending on what patients tell you
- Prepare for unexpected situations in a fast-paced job
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Medical experience (preferred)
