The Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for translating enterprise business objectives into actionable sales and channel-specific strategies that drive sustainable, profitable, and strategic growth.
This role ensures trade spend is optimized to meet both short
and long-term financial commitments, while enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
You will lead the development and execution of trade-centric business intelligence, pricing architecture, and promotional strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Operations.
You will also oversee the integration of marketing mix modeling and forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy and commercial effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and/or 10+ years of experience in sales, analytics, trade, marketing, forecasting, or related field preferred
Experience specifically with trade management software and strategy/planning
Experience in managing, mentoring, retaining, and developing talent
Experience in CPG industry with a specific emphasis on Planning or Supply Chain functions preferred
Preferred experience in both large and small CPG environments
Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
Solid understanding of sales and trade specific methods / techniques
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to make decisions and work with limited supervision
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
Excellent oral and written skills
