Serve as the Technical Lead for the Automation Development Team, providing guidance, mentorship.
Lead the design and development of new applications and system enhancements, with a significant focus on .NET , C#, and automation frameworks.
Drive the integration of new AI and GenAI technologies into high-priority projects.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation to ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues, resolve high-impact problems, and develop innovative solutions.
Handle and resolve production issues, evaluating complex business and system processes.
Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of how different business areas, including architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.

6+ years' relevant experience in Application Development and systems analysis roles with at least 3 years' experience in a technical lead capacity.
Demonstrated leadership, team mentorship, and project management skills with a proven history of implementing successful projects.
Strong programming skills in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, React, Angular, and JavaScript.
Extensive experience with system analysis, MVC, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design patterns.
Working experience with database management systems such as MSSQL and Oracle.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Harness, Tekton, GitHub) and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
Knowledge of Selenium or other automation frameworks is a big plus.
Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices is a big plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
