Review and help prepare discovery requests and responses, gather essential client materials, and organize information in a way that strengthens case strategy and attorney review.
Maintain structured, well-organized case files in Dropbox and track case progression in Google Sheets to support seamless litigation workflows.
Conduct consistent monthly client touchpoints, helping ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the litigation process.
Contribute to the progression of approximately 50–70 active cases, providing dependable litigation support across multiple attorneys and helping drive meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
1–2+ years of U.S. legal experience, particularly in litigation support.
Familiarity with Georgia e-filing systems, such as PeachCourt, is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.
Ability to manage high caseloads and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in case management software like CasePeer, along with Dropbox and Google Suite tools.
Demonstrates proven success working in a remote environment, with strong time management, accountability, and availability aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours.
