Develop and manage the overall events roadmap in alignment with marketing campaigns and game milestones;
Define event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with Brand and Community teams;
Design and execute strategies to promote the Dead By Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, fan meetups, and other community gatherings;
Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth execution;
Work closely with teams to ensure consistent messaging and integration of game lore across all event touchpoints, including Brand Marketing, Community, PR, Influencer Relations, and Game Production;
Identify and manage agencies, venues, production teams, and technical vendors;
Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives, and produce post-event reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
5–9 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with in-person events.
Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Significant advantage if you have experience with streaming.
