Create engaging graphic designs.
Develop illustrations, sketches, and storyboards to visually communicate ideas.
Design page layouts and build templates for consistent branding and ease of use.
Participate in photography and light copywriting tasks as necessary.
Represent the Creative Team during meetings, project briefings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications, PR, Operations, Digital, and CRM.
Explain and rationalize design choices and concepts clearly and confidently.
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
Ensure adherence to technical specifications for print and web.
Maintain an understanding of color theory and its application in design and marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
Familiarity with AI generative tools is a plus (Midjourney, Firefly, OpenAI).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects independently.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Fun under pressure.
A good sense of humor is a valued addition to the team.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or a related field preferred but not required.
A high school diploma or GED may be accepted with substantial experience.
