Role Overview
- Responsible for maintaining, operating, monitoring, and repairing utilities and central plant equipment
- Completes preventive maintenance and work requests promptly
- Monitors and troubleshoots engineering equipment and systems
- Operates and maintains Energy Management System
- Performs building rounds and equipment inspections
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems
- Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls
- Energy Management Systems knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work
