Design and build advanced customizations using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, Platform Events), Visualforce (if applicable), and Lightning (Aura/LWC), ensuring scalability and performance.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and SDLC principles.
Produce system design documents, lead technical walkthroughs, and present code solutions to the Salesforce Architecture Review Board.
Produce high quality code, own the code quality, and represent your team’s technical output for workstream and product owners.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
Responsible to continuously improve the architecture and mentor junior developers on best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ Years of experience in application development using Salesforce.
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
Currently hold one, or more, of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integration with other enterprise applications, trigger design patterns.
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
