Role Overview
- Manage the full AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, payments, and vendor management
- Own payment execution (ACH, wires, electronic payments, etc.)
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Review spending and vendor activity for anomalies
- Prepare AP-related journal entries and reconciliations
- Continuously evaluate AP processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience owning AP processes
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar systems
