Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Lead, mentor, and scale the Customer Success team to ensure world-class customer experiences.
Establish key performance metrics to measure customer health and team effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer outcomes and influence product development.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their cybersecurity posture using TENEX solutions.
Oversee onboarding, implementation, and training processes to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
Develop and refine customer success playbooks, processes, and best practices.
Advocate for customer needs within TENEX and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.

8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
3+ years of leadership experience managing and growing high-performing customer success teams.
Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
Experience managing enterprise customers and navigating complex account relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or cybersecurity-related credentials are a plus.
