Lead project initiation to closure in line with internal standards and compliance requirements.
Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of projects.
Track progress against baseline schedules, cost forecasts, and quality benchmarks.
Implement corrective actions where necessary to meet performance targets and safety standards.
Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, technical teams, and external partners.
Ensure alignment between business needs, technical requirements, and contractual obligations through transparent communication and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver structured updates to project sponsors and C-level executives via regular meetings.
Ensure transparent and data-driven reporting to support informed decision-making.
Ensure that all technical deliverables meet internal and external quality standards.
Oversee implementation of safety protocols, conduct regular compliance checks, and act promptly to mitigate quality or safety risks.
Forecast, plan, and allocate human and financial resources to ensure optimal utilization.
Anticipate resource gaps, escalate needs where necessary, and ensure alignment with project priorities and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, required
Master’s degree in engineering, preferred
8-15 years of experience in high capital project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification/Training or equivalent
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
